Anti-Bribery Policy

The company’s top management has established specific principles on which the anti-bribery policy is based:

• It applies a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption and is committed to acting professionally, lawfully and with integrity in all its business transactions and relationships.
• It does not tolerate any form of bribery or corruption.
• It does not provide, offer or approve, nor request anyone to provide, directly or indirectly, benefits of any kind to individuals in order for them to act, through action or omission, in breach of their duties.
• It does not request or accept, directly or indirectly, benefits of any kind or the promise thereof, in order to induce or reward improper conduct in the form of actions or omissions arising from or conflicting with a person’s duties.
• The policy is appropriate to the company’s purpose and objectives.
• It actively complies with all laws and regulations relating to anti-bribery, money laundering and terrorism, and recognises its responsibility to report to the competent Greek authorities any conduct deemed suspicious.
• It makes efforts towards the continuous improvement of the Anti-Bribery Management System.
• It informs and trains its personnel, as well as its partners and subcontractors, on the anti-bribery policy.
• It establishes and measures specific anti-bribery objectives.
• It assigns the management of the System to a specific role, that of the Anti-Bribery Management System Officer.
• It encourages the submission of reports, by every possible means, should any non-compliance with the provisions of the anti-corruption policy be identified.
